“十四五”期间,伴随武西、呼南、襄常高铁建成通车,襄阳“米”字形高铁网络呼之欲出,并与普速铁路形成“四纵四横”的铁路客货运输网络。

今年3月7日,汉江上目前规划建设的最大港区——襄阳小河港正式开航。5月14日,首单出口海外的水运货物从这里发往泰国……在不到3个月时间里,小河港成功实现从直达长江,到江海联运,再到近洋跨国航运“三级跳”,让襄阳汉江航运中心建设加快推进。

Xiangyang Xiaohe Port, the largest port area currently planned and constructed by Han River, officially sailed on March 7, 2022. On May 14, the first overseas waterway cargo was sent from here to Thailand. 在南漳县,龙佰钛业聚焦“白色颜料之王”钛白粉生产,公司出口额常年稳居襄阳市出口榜单第一名。在谷城县,襄阳金耐特专攻汽车关键零部件精密铸造,90%以上产品出口海外……

In Nanzhang County, LB Xiangyang Titanium focuses on the production of titanium dioxide, the “king of white pigments”, and its export volume ranks first in Xiangyang’s export list all the year round. In Gucheng County, XiangYang Jinnaite specializes in precision casting of key auto parts, and more than 90% of its products are exported overseas.

据介绍,今年以来,襄阳新增省级“专精特新”企业84家,总数达到191家,居全省第二;新增国家级“专精特新”企业30家,总数达到46家。

襄阳还拥有各类科技创新平台800多家,87家企业和高校入驻或签约襄阳(高新)科技城,推动襄阳区域性科技创新中心建设。

湖北省委常委、襄阳市委书记王祺扬表示,襄阳良好的资源禀赋、雄厚的产业基础和创新能力,为推动襄阳都市圈高质量发展、奋力谱写中国式现代化襄阳篇章奠定了基础。
