6月30日，由湖北襄投置业在武汉投资建设的超高层地标性建筑——襄阳大厦正式顺利交付，成为襄阳与武汉深化合作、共同发展的城市品牌典范项目。On June 30th, Xiangyang Building, a highly prominent landmark skyscraper invested and constructed by Hubei Xiangtou Real Estate Co., Ltd. in Wuhan, was officially and successfully delivered, becoming an exemplary urban brand project that promotes the deepening cooperation and joint development between Xiangyang and Wuhan.

襄阳大厦位于武昌区中北路青鱼嘴，西临沙湖，远眺东湖，与地铁4号线青鱼嘴站接驳，区位优越，交通便利，景观资源得天独厚。该项目总投资约25亿元，总建筑面积约15万平方米，高约263米，分为地上58层和地下4层，集国际甲A级写字楼、国际五星级酒店等设施于一体的现代化商务金融中心，是武昌区金融主轴的核心项目、“沙湖之心”三大标志性建筑之一。

Xiangyang Building is situated in Qingyuzui, Zhongbei Road, Wuchang District. It faces Shahu Lake to the west and offers a panoramic view of East Lake. It is connected to Qingyuzui Station of Metro Line 4, boasting a prime location and convenient transportation. It also boasts unique landscape resources. With an approximate investment of RMB 2.5 billion, the project has a gross floor area of around 150,000 square meters and stands about 263 meters tall. It consists of 58 aboveground floors and four underground floors. This modern business and financial center integrates international Grade A office buildings, international five-star hotels, and other facilities. It serves as the core project of Wuchang District’s financial axis and is one of the three landmark buildings of “the heart of Shahu Lake”.

After being put into use, Xiangyang Building will serve as a image platform for economic and cultural exchanges between Wuhan and Xiangyang. It is expected to create employment and entrepreneurial opportunities for 5,000 individuals, attract a significant number of financial institutions, large corporations, headquarters of major groups, research and development centers, and emerging business models to establish their presence, providing strong support to Wuhan in constructing the Hubei urban headquarters economic cluster.
