2月16日，记者从市招商局获悉，2022年，在市委、市政府的坚强领导下，全市上下始终把招商引资工作作为经济工作主抓手，以“一天都不耽误”的紧迫感，攻坚克难，加压奋进，使得我市产业“链式招商”取得新突破，招商“势场”更加强壮，全市招商引资工作取得了新的成效。

With the sense of urgency of “not delaying a day”, the city has overcome difficulties and made great efforts to forge ahead. The “chain investment attraction” of the city’s industries has made new breakthroughs, the “potential field” of investment attraction has become stronger, and the city’s investment attraction has achieved new results under the strong leadership of the municipal party committee and the municipal government.

数据显示，2022年，我市全年签约亿元以上省外投资项目1352个，引进外向型项目260个，两项指标位居全省第一；引进亿元以上工业项目1116个，引进5亿元以上工业项目215个，引进世界500强、中国500强及上市公司投资的项目101个，引进战略性新兴产业项目371个，分别完成目标任务的173.02%、141.45%、177.19%、161.3%，各项指标均领跑全省。

The data shows that in 2022, the city signed 1,352 investment projects outside the province with a total investment of over RMB 100 million and introduced 260 export-oriented projects, both of which ranking first in the province. Xiangyang has introduced 1,116 industrial projects with an investment of over RMB 100 million, 215 industrial projects with an investment of over RMB 500 million, 101 projects invested by the world’s top 500 companies, China’s top 500 companies and 371 strategic emerging industrial projects, respectively, achieving 173.02%, 141.45%, 177.19% and 161.3% of the target tasks, and all the indicators rank first in the province.

链式招商汇聚全市气场。2022年，我市牢固树立“链式招商”思维，市委、市政府主要领导率先垂范，各产业链链长亲自上阵，82家市直部门深度参与，12个县（市、区）、开发区同向发力，有力推动了吉利硅谷、云图控股等一大批优质项目签约落地，升腾起大员招商、全员招商的强大气场。

The whole city has established an atmosphere of chain investment promotion. In 2022, the city firmly established the thinking of “chain investment promotion”, with the main leaders of the municipal party committee and the municipal government taking the lead in setting an example, the chain leaders of various industrial chains personally participated, 82 municipal departments deeply participated, and 12 counties (cities, districts) and development zones made concerted efforts, which effectively promoted the signing of a large number of high-quality projects such as Geely Silicon Valley and Wintrue, and formed a powerful atmosphere for attracting investment from senior officials and all officials.

招大引强实现历史突破。2022年，我市瞄准世界500强、中国500强、民营企业500强、上市公司、产业链“链长”企业，开展“链式招商”，全年引进长飞光纤、华润等18个投资过百亿元，以及兴发集团、双登集团等25个投资50至100亿元重大产业项目落户襄阳，同比分别增长350%和56%。

Attracting large-scale enterprises has achieved a historical breakthrough. In 2022, the city launched “chain investment promotion” for Fortune Global 500, China Top 500, Top 500 private enterprises, listed companies and “chain-long” enterprises in the industrial chain. In the whole year, the city introduced 18 major industrial projects with an investment of over RMB 10 billion, including Flying Optical Fiber and China Resources, and 25 major industrial projects with an investment of RMB 5 billion to RMB 10 billion, including Xingfa Group and Shuangdeng Group, which increased by 350% and 56% respectively.

攻势招商成效持续显现。2022年，我市先后发动招商“春季攻势”“秋季攻势”，策划开展新能源汽车、新能源新材料等专场招商推介活动30余次，积极利用进博会、华创会、厦洽会等重大经贸洽谈活动以会招商，全年通过各类平台累计签约项目180个，合同投资额达3282.69亿元。

抢抓风口引进领军企业。2022年，我市瞄准新能源布局风口，聚焦动力电池产业链领军企业，努力把襄阳沉睡的磷矿资源转化成流动的产业资本，成功引进湖北锂源、川发龙蟒、万润新材料等磷酸铁锂项目，襄阳新能源新材料产业发展迎来重要机遇期。

Seize the potential industries and introduce leading enterprises. In 2022, in view of the potential industries of new energy layout, the city focused on the leading enterprises in the power battery industry chain, and strived to transform the long-released phosphate rock resources in Xiangyang into mobile industrial capital, successfully introducing lithium iron phosphateprojects such as Hubei LBM, Sichuan Development Lomon and Wanrun New Materials, and the development of new energy and new materials industry in Xiangyang ushered in an important opportunity period.

强化调度服务项目落地。我市坚持“月调度、月通报”和重大招商引资项目的协调调度机制，紧盯签约未开工、开工未入库项目，破难题抓进度，优化落地服务，比亚迪产业园、江苏龙蟠等354个项目实现当年签约、当年开工、当年投产，体现了项目服务“襄阳速度”。

The city adhered to the coordination and scheduling mechanism of “monthly scheduling and monthly notification” and major investment projects, kept a close eye on the signing projects that have not been started and started but not put into storage, solved the problem, grasped the progress, and optimized the implementation service.
